Review Fees
- The Committee shall charge a fee to cover the administrative costs of research proposal review.
- These fees shall vary from time to time as determined by the Committee.
- Non-affiliated researchers applying for ethical clearance must pay a fee determined from time to time.

Available Training & Orientation
- Training Mandate: The committee ensures and provides training in ethical issues for researchers, policy makers, and stakeholders.
- Member Orientation: All newly appointed ZU-IERC members will undergo an orientation training session.
- Continuous Professional Development: Members can attend NACOSTI-accredited research ethics lectures, workshops, conferences, and seminars.
- Required Guidelines for Members: All members receive specific guidelines, including CIOMS (2016) and WHO operational guidelines.
- The ZU-IERC Secretariat organizes training on research ethics for Committee members.
